ANNA MARIA, FL (January 12, 2023) – Chiles Hospitality has appointed Thomas Villetto as new Executive Chef at Beach House Waterfront Restaurant in Bradenton Beach. This change brings along a new menu with a fresh perspective to the Beach House, launching on January 16.
Award-winning Chef Thomas has a special passion for food, and joins the kitchen after working for some of the top restaurants in the country, specializing in Italian and French cuisines. New dishes include Burrata, Crudo, Capellini, Pan-Seared Grouper, Skirt Steak, and Duck – incorporating items from Anna Maria Bake House and Gamble Creek Farms. He specifically loves to work with local vendors, and small purveyors focusing on fresh ingredients, simple preparation, and a regularly changing menu.
Chef Thomas has worked for both James Beard and Michelin Star chefs at places including Clásico Italian Chophouse and Cafe L’Europe in Sarasota, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston. His passion for food shows on every plate he serves. He shares the vision of sustainable food and farming with the company’s founder, Mr. Ed Chiles, and looks to continue the legacy of the Beach House.
The Beach House, located at 200 Gulf Drive, is set on 650 feet of pristine Gulf-front beach and offers casual waterfront dining with locally sourced items. Whether dining indoors or outside, the Beach House rounds-out the waterfront experience with signature sunsets and white sand. View the new menu at beachhousedining.com starting on January 16.
